These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in courses offered by Adu Dlamini Business & Engineering Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 Eligibility: Students must meet the minimum entry requirements for their chosen course as specified in the course information.
2.2 Application: All applications must be submitted with accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of enrollment.
2.3 Acceptance: The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2.4 Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is required upon acceptance. This fee secures your place in the course.
3.1 Tuition Fees: Tuition fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment.
3.2 Payment Plans: Payment plans are available and must be arranged prior to course commencement.
3.3 Late Payments: Late payment may result in suspension from classes until payment is received.
3.4 Outstanding Balances: Students with outstanding balances will not receive certificates, transcripts, or be permitted to register for subsequent terms until all fees are paid in full.
4.1 Attendance: Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% for all courses.
4.2 Academic Performance: Students must meet the academic requirements and assessment criteria for their enrolled course.
4.3 Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect for staff, fellow students, and Academy property at all times.
5.1 Academy Changes: The Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or lecturers as necessary.
5.2 Course Cancellation: The Academy reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered alternative courses or a full refund.
5.3 Student Withdrawal: Students wishing to withdraw from a course must notify the Academy in writing. Refund policies apply as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6.1 Code of Conduct: Students must adhere to the Academy's Code of Conduct, which includes respect for others, academic integrity, and responsible use of facilities.
6.2 Disciplinary Action: Violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion without refund.
6.3 Academic Dishonesty: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion.
7.1 Course Materials: All course materials, including lectures, notes, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7.2 Student Work: Students retain ownership of their original work, but grant the Academy permission to use it for promotional or educational purposes.
8.1 Personal Property: The Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property on Academy premises.
8.2 Personal Injury: While we maintain appropriate insurance, students are responsible for their own health and safety insurance.
8.3 Career Outcomes: The Academy does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes upon course completion.

The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
